And we want to start with a special edition.

We will select 3 winners, each receiving a Crystal Clear Training Voucher for a Udemy course of their choice.
Crystal Clear will cover up to USD 20 per winner.

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
Participation takes place exclusively through our official LinkedIn post.
To participate:
1. Follow Crystal Clear's LinkedIn page.
2. Comment on the official post with the Udemy course you would like to take and why.
That's all.
We want to know more than just which course you would choose.
We want to understand what you would like to learn, why, and how you think that knowledge could contribute to your professional development.

This promotion is not a random draw and is not determined by chance.
Once the participation period ends, Crystal Clear will evaluate all valid responses submitted to the official post.
We will select the 3 responses we consider most outstanding, based on these criteria:
- Clarity of the response.
- Motivation for taking the course.
- Potential impact of learning on the participant's professional development.
- Originality and authenticity of the response.
The number of likes, reactions or replies received by each comment will not affect the selection.
The three participants whose responses receive the highest assessment will be selected as winners.
THE BENEFIT
Each winner will receive a:
Crystal Clear Training Voucher worth up to USD 20
The benefit can be used to purchase one individual course available on Udemy.
The winner is free to choose the course they wish to take.
If the course costs less than USD 20, Crystal Clear will reimburse the amount actually paid.
If it costs more than USD 20, Crystal Clear will cover up to that amount and the participant may pay the difference.
The benefit cannot be exchanged directly for cash.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE BENEFIT?
Once you are confirmed as a winner:
- Choose the Udemy course you want to take.
- Purchase it through your own account.
- Send us proof of purchase.
- Crystal Clear reimburses the amount paid, up to an equivalent maximum of USD 20.
This allows you to take advantage of the promotions and prices available in your own Udemy account.

WHY CRYSTAL CLEAR LEARNING?
During our first two years, we supported companies and professionals in projects involving technology, SAP, development and systems integration.
But behind every project is something we consider essential:

That's why we wanted our second anniversary to be more than a celebration.
We want to make it the beginning of an initiative through which we can contribute to the development of our professional community.
This is how Crystal Clear Learning begins.
And this is just the start.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Organizer
The initiative “Crystal Clear Learning — 2nd Anniversary Edition” is organized exclusively by Crystal Clear.
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Duration
Participation is open from October 2, 2026 until 11:59 p.m. on October 17, 2026, Argentina time.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. Participants
Individuals over the age of 18 who reside in the Argentine Republic may participate.
Participation is free and does not require purchasing any Crystal Clear product or service.
People directly involved in organizing or evaluating this initiative may not participate.
4. How to participate
Participants must:
a. follow Crystal Clear's official LinkedIn page;
b. comment on the official Crystal Clear Learning — 2nd Anniversary Edition post;
c. indicate which Udemy course they would like to take and briefly explain why.
One entry per person is allowed.
The entry must remain publicly visible at the time of evaluation.
Crystal Clear may exclude offensive, fraudulent, automated or third-party copied comments, or comments that do not address the requested topic.
5. Selection method
Winners will not be selected by random draw or chance.
Crystal Clear will evaluate valid entries based on:
- clarity of the response;
- expressed motivation;
- expected impact of the course on the participant's professional development;
- originality and authenticity.
Reactions, likes, replies, views or any other engagement metrics associated with a comment will not affect the evaluation.
Crystal Clear will select the three entries it considers most outstanding, considering all the criteria above together.
The evaluation committee's decision will be final.
6. Evaluation committee
Responses will be evaluated by representatives appointed by Crystal Clear.
Evaluation will take place after the participation period closes.
An internal record of the selected entries and the criteria used in their selection will be kept.
7. Benefits
Three (3) Crystal Clear Training Vouchers will be awarded.
Each voucher allows the winner to request reimbursement of the amount actually paid to purchase one individual course available on Udemy, up to an equivalent maximum of USD 20.
If the selected course costs more, the winner will pay the difference.
If it costs less, only the amount actually paid will be reimbursed.
Any unused balance cannot be accumulated or exchanged for cash.
8. Winner notification
The three winners will be announced on Monday, October 19, 2026, through Crystal Clear's official channels.
Crystal Clear may contact winners through LinkedIn or another contact method requested later to arrange the benefit.
Each winner will have 72 hours from notification to respond and accept the benefit.
If a winner does not respond, declines or fails to comply with these Terms, Crystal Clear may select another entry using the same evaluation criteria.
9. Using the benefit
Each winner will have 30 calendar days from confirmation to purchase the chosen course and submit proof of purchase.
Crystal Clear will reimburse the amount actually paid up to the stated limit.
10. Udemy
Udemy does not organize, sponsor, administer or endorse this initiative, and has no commercial association with Crystal Clear in relation to it.
Udemy is referenced solely to identify the platform on which the winner can purchase their chosen course.
11. LinkedIn
LinkedIn does not organize, sponsor, administer or endorse this initiative.
Crystal Clear is solely responsible for organizing, evaluating and delivering the benefits.
12. Prohibited conduct
Crystal Clear may exclude entries it considers fraudulent, submitted using fake profiles, automation, plagiarism, impersonation or any mechanism that disrupts the normal operation of the initiative.
13. Personal data
Data requested from winners later will be used solely to verify their identity, arrange the benefit and issue the corresponding reimbursement.
14. Acceptance
Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Is Udemy involved in this initiative?
No.
