Given the scale of this company’s system, which originally operated across multiple IT systems, tasks were conducted to analyze, design, and develop integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems. These activities included the exposure and consumption of services, designing communications for various objects through IDOCs, and providing tools to ensure the proper and sustainable maintenance of the implemented solution.

A key highlight of this project was the implementation of the ISU solution. Additionally, training sessions were provided to end-users to foster operational autonomy for the client.

After implementing the various solutions in distinct phases, continuous system maintenance was provided to ensure optimal performance.
