Senior Python AI Engineer (LLM & RAG)

At Crystal Clear, we are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a development team focused on Artificial Intelligence solutions and RAG-based architectures.
We are seeking professionals with strong backend development experience and a solid background in building systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and large-scale information processing.
Project Details
Work modality: Remote
Contract type: Time & Material
Estimated duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Mandatory Requirements
- +4 years of experience developing with Python
- Proven experience working in backend environments and building APIs
Required Technical Experience
- FastAPI
- AI frameworks such as LangChain and/or LlamaIndex
- RAG architectures (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Document processing: indexing, chunking and ETL pipelines
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant or Weaviate
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings pipelines and tokenization
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI-powered knowledge platforms
- Designing scalable architectures for AI and LLM-based systems
- Experience working in collaborative environments and innovative technology projects
